Concerts in museum bring music among puppets!

Music and theatre and street musicians and puppet theatre have always walked alongside. Music is a way to express and just like a lifeless puppet becomes alive in the hands of an actor, the musicians brings music to life through motionless notes on paper.

During season 2017/18 four different concerts took place in the various rooms of the museum. Musicians Sänni Noormets, Katariin Raska, the puppeteer Kadri Suits and bands Päri Päri and The Swingin' Sisters brought their creativity to the puppetry museum. In collaboration, the intimate, small-scale concerts were breathtaking and magical.

Tickets are sold on NUKU website and in the Piletilevi system. Tickets cost 10/8 € (discount for students and pensioners).
