Estonian Christmas

Young Tiiu gets a old-fashioned doll and a letter from her great grand mother as a Christmas present. No-one knows how the present appeared under the tree. The strange doll takes Tiiu on an unexpected journey where she discovers the life of her ancestors and learns about different traditions and games throughout the ages. As the toys, games, songs and life changes the most important things – the people around you – stay the same.
