located in the Old Town which means the roads leading to the building are often cobbled.<\/p>\n<p>The museum does not have separate parking space for special need cars. Parking on Lai St and Nunne st is according to the Tallinn City <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tallinn.ee\/eng\/Parking-in-Tallinn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">parking regulation<\/a>.\u00a0 The nearest parking lots are at the Balti railway station and at Rannam\u00e4e st 5 parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Wheelchair users can access the theatre and museum complex from street level through the main entrance from Nunne street. The gate front has cobblestones.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Museum is not well accessible for wheelchair or for strollers. The stairs, narrow tunnels and many levels make the visit rather hard.<\/p>\n<p>There is a fully adapted unisez<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>toilet<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in the lobby with the aquarium, near the wardrobe. The access there is aided with platform lift.<\/p>\n<p>The unisex toilet also has a diaper table.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Accessing the building with baby strollers and prams is through the main gates.
